Yesterday, I photographed our day out in our new town. Koenigstein is a very beautiful village with an old castle and rolling hills covered in lush trees. The city center’s pedestrian zone features cobble stone streets, fresh fruit and veggie stands and a beautiful park with sprawling green grass and a playground/skate park.
We spent some time at the park while waiting for a haircut for Logan. Because the weather was mild and there was ample cloud coverage, I really think we could have spent the entire day there. We also found a play group that meets Mondays and Thursdays and we’re hoping to attend this week. Although, it begins at 8:30 and again today, the kids are still sleeping at 8:33 am. Say what??? Maybe because we walk everywhere here and get worn out throughout the day?
Today, we are heading over to the local toy shop, which from the window looks to be a real treasure; filled with handmade toys and true classics.
So on to the images…
Annabelle had a blast jumping on the built-in trampoline
Spinning in circles rocked Logan’s world, and
Haircuts make me overjoyed. (My boy can see again!)
